PROSPER: Simple Steps for Families

In 2023 a working group of staff and students conducted a comprehensive review of what wellbeing means to the AISHK community. As a result, an evidence-based framework PROSPER, anchored in positive psychology, was introduced.
PROSPER lays the foundation for how we live, learn and grow as a community, using a common language. We encourage families to incorporate some of the PROSPER principles into their daily lives. Below are some simple, practical suggestions which you can tailor to meet your child’s age and family life. Throughout the term we will share PROSPER principles, breaking them down into small reminders of things we can all do to support wellbeing.
