Planning Ahead for 2026- Early Notice of Student Withdrawal

Dear Parents and Guardians,


We hope that your family has had a great start to Term 3. 

As you would be aware AISHK is a through school, and families are required to provide one terms' (or three months) notice if they plan to withdraw.

As we begin preparing for the 2026 academic year, we kindly ask families who do not intend to continue at AISHK in 2026 to please notify our Admissions Office.

Early notice would be greatly appreciated, especially as some year levels are experiencing high demand.  It allows us to plan effectively for the upcoming intake and ensures we can support all families with

a smooth transition into the new school year. 

If your child will be moving on to another school in 2026, please email our Director of Admissions, Pauline Dear- pauline_dear@aishk.edu.hk as early as possible.

Please note, any notification of withdrawal will be kept confidential until the beginning of November 2025.
