Helen Ko’s Bio


Dr. Helen Ko is a clinical psychologist with a doctoral degree from Australia, specializing in the mental health of children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. In addition to providing psychotherapy to students, she offers training for professionals and parents on a wide range of mental health topics. Dr. Ko utilizes evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy.


As a strong advocate for mindfulness, she is dedicated to introducing mindfulness techniques to children and adolescents, aiming to enhance attention, emotional regulation, and stress management.
