As teenagers grow up, they will experience emotional ups and downs and stressful challenges to a greater or lesser extent. As teachers, parents, or educators, understanding their psychological needs, identifying distress signals early and providing appropriate support can lead to important positive changes.
Hong Kong Mind (Mind HK) sincerely invites you to participate in the upcoming "Joint School Parent Workshop |Listening to Friends and Supporting Youth Mental Health], let us learn to support the mental health of young people in a caring-based way, and extend this care to more families and teaching communities.
Course Features:
