Year 3 Performing Arts Assembly

On 23 May, our Year 3 students lit up the auditorium during their Performing Arts Assembly!
They delighted the audience with traditional children's songs including Long Legged Sailor, King’s Land, Here Comes a Bluebird, Someone’s Tapping and a unique rendition of Coldplay’s Viva La Vida! They also experimented with creating a rainforest soundscape to accompany their choral song Rainforest. They wrapped up the performance, rocking out with their rendition of Gangs of Rhythm by Walk of the Earth.
From ukuleles and cajón drums to boom whackers, xylophones, and a variety of percussion instruments, our students showcased not only their musical skills but also their teamwork and creativity. Bravo, Year 3!
