The Bookaburra Reading Challenge is ON!

As students move through the school teachers encourage students to read more and more. Reading helps us all grow mentally, emotionally, and psychologically. Every book provides us with an opportunity to learn and explore new ideas. Reading books also increases knowledge, helps us solve problems and its fun!

One of the ways the school encourages Primary School students to read is through Bookaburra Reading Challenge. This year’s theme is “Book an Adventure” — and it’s all about exploring new stories, discovering new worlds, and having fun along the way.

Students across the Primary school can choose their own reading paths, diving into storybooks and nonfiction books from around the world.  As students read, they’ll earn points helping their year group climb to the top of the leader board.
