Kids Get Funky with Cool4School

On the 19^th and 20^th of May, AISHK welcomed Marcel Pusey from Cool4School onto campus to explore African and Latin percussion, singing and movement with Reception to Year 6. 

Jane Engelmann, Music Teacher, said, "The room was alive with sound, students and teachers alike bopping along, tackling impressively complex rhythms, and discovering just how powerful and exciting music-making can be. Experiences like this highlight how important it is for children to be fully immersed in music, feeling it, moving to it, and connecting through it. It was fantastic to see our whole community grooving, learning, and loving every minute."
