Jingle Mingle, 3 December 2026
To make this event successful, we need your support for the following, usual calls to action:
Child Supervision (Primary Students Reception - Year 6)
If your Primary child requires supervision from 3:00 - 4:00pm, please sign your child/ren up as soon as possible.
Students registered for supervision will be brought to the 2nd Floor Auditorium after school by staff.
Parents must collect their child/ren from the Auditorium by 4:00pm.
Please register by 5:00pm on Wednesday 2 December.
From 4:00pm onward, parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their child/ren on campus.Jingle Mingle 2026 | Primary Student Supervision – Collaboration
Can You Lend a Hand? – Many Hands Make Light Work!
Our community events cannot run smoothly without the generous support of time being volunteered by our parents and friends. There are numerous opportunities throughout the evening, from flipping snags and onions on the barbie, to pouring a crisp cold beer at the bar. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
Baked Goods Stall:
It’s a most scrumptious time of the year! Please donate to our Jingle Mingle Bake Sale. Find details and instructions in our signup form below.
Promote Your Parent-Run Business | Jingle Mingle Stalls:
This year we are welcome commercial stalls, student, parent and techer run stalls.
We know that lots of parents have small businesses and Jingle Mingle is your place to promote your business. If you would be interested in hosting a stall at Jingle Mingle, please complete this form by 28 November 2026.
Food & Beverage | What to Bring
Enjoy a sausage sizzle (vegetarian options available), corn on the cob, soft drinks, beer, wine, and treats from the Bake Sale - all for purchase. Families are welcome to bring their own food & drinks (please avoid nuts).
We hope to see you there! Let’s come together as a community to connect and make a meaningful difference.
