STEM Brings Students Together

Students from Kowloon Tong Government Primary School and AISHK's Student Representative Council came together to build voice-controlled desk lamps on Monday 8 June 2026. This special project saw students collaborating and communicating in different ways and different languages.
Winnie Yung, Primary SRC coordinator, said, "Students looked at the manual closely and put the parts together. The students enjoyed chatting and getting to know each other while building their own lamps. Towards the end of the session, the room was filled with Mandarin instructions, as the students were excited to voice control the lamps. It was a great opportunity for all students to learn and connect in a fun way."
