Secondary Battle of the Books Team Wins in the Dragon Division Final

The Secondary Battle of the Books team won first place in the Dragon Division Final, last week!  This is a massive achievement and it is the first time AISHK has won the final. Competing against other international schools, the AISHK team worked hard, rising to the challenge and coming out on top!

"When I heard about the Battle of the Books, I was thrilled to join. By the finals, I was nervous—the competition was fierce! But everyone there was very nice, and they made me feel completely at ease. I came away with some amazing memories that I’ll never forget!”

“Being crowned ‘champion of reading’ was amazing, but what stayed with me were the ideas — within the books and between them. It’s hard to sum up 20 books in one sentence, but maybe it’s this: Reality is powerful, but only when you protect it.”
