Monthly Tuition Payment, Transition To Direct Debit

Please see an update on yesterday's email regarding the school's move to monthly tuition payments via direct debit.

In line with many schools in Hong Kong, AISHK is transitioning to a monthly tuition payment schedule through the Auto-Pay (Direct Debit) system.

Under the new arrangement, the annual tuition fee will be divided into 10 equal monthly instalments, with a monthly invoice issued from February to November each year, replacing the current termly invoicing process.

The Annual Capital Levy will be invoiced and collected separately in January every year. (This is applicable for all families who do not hold a debenture).

AISHK will progressively implement this change, with full transition to the monthly Auto-Pay (Direct Debit) system by January 2028. To ensure a smooth and convenient transition, parents are strongly encouraged to enrol in the Auto-Pay (Direct Debit) payment option as early as possible. Parents already registered for our Auto-Pay (Direct Debit) system will not be affected by this change, and no further action is required.

From 2027 onwards, monthly invoices will be available through the iSAM Parent Portal. These invoices will correspond to the monthly Auto-Pay (Direct Debit) amounts deducted from your account, providing a more accurate and transparent reference for your tuition payments.

Clarifications

  • From January 2028 parents will not be able to pay school fees via cheque.

  • Families whose tuition fees are paid by an employer are not required to sign up for Direct Debit. While the payment arrangement will remain unchanged, monthly invoices will be issued in place of the current termly invoices from 2027.

Please contact the Finance Office, finance@aishk.edu.hk for more details and to obtain a Direct Debit application form.
