Date Change, Year 3-6 Primary Cross Country

Please note that due to a calendar clash, the date for the Year 3-6 Primary Cross Country has been changed. It will take place on Wednesday, 5th March at the Pak Shek Kok Waterfront Park and Promenade. All times and locations remain as per my previous email (and have been updated below). 

Apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause. 

All students from Years 3 – 6, will run the same course of approximately 2 kms (as per, the recommendations of the NSW Primary School Sports Association). 

Race Times: 

	Girls	Boys
Year 6	9:10am  (this bus will leave school at 8:20am)	9:25am
Year 5	9:40am	9:55am
Year 4	10:10am	10:25am
Year 3	10:30am	10:55am

NOTE: Parents are welcome to attend this school event. All times are approximate and may need to be altered on the day depending on traffic.  

What to bring: 

Students need to come to school dressed in their HOUSE PE uniform, which consists of a house T-shirt and black shorts, school tracksuits if the weather is cool. They will also need to bring a water bottle and their school hat. 

Upcoming Interschool Cross Country:  

Our inter-house event will be used as a selection trial for the upcoming Hong Kong Primary School Sports Association (HKPSSA) Cross Country Festival to be held at Discovery College in Discovery Bay on Saturday, 15th March, 2025. Students’ finishing positions and times from our interhouse event will determine eligibility for entrance into the HKPSSA race. We are still waiting for confirmation on how many students we can enter in each race. More information will be provided for students who are selected for this event.  

NOTE: The HKPSSA event is an age group based race, not year level based.
