Reception students enjoyed a special visit from Rosie the greyhound on 13 May, along with veterinarians and Reception parents, Chris and Katrina. Their family dog, captured everyone’s attention and Chris and Katrina shared their expertise, teaching students about dogs and how to care for them.

Lauren Rosanowski, Head of Reception, said, "Students embraced the opportunity to pet Rosie, they heard how to care for her and what veterinarians do. Students' thinking skills shone as they asked curious-questions and made connections to their own life experiences. We look forward to further incursion opportunities to both deepen and broaden students' experiences in Reception."
