Year 2 - Science Superheroes Showcase

On Thursday, 18 June, Year 2 hosted a Science Showcase focusing on Sound and Materials. Students proudly shared their mannequins and superhero designs, which challenged them to create outfits for specific design purposes.
The vibrant exhibition highlighted cross-curricular learning, including masks made in Art, insights into how Indigenous Australians use materials, and 3D printed musical instruments. Mr. Young, Head of Year 2, said, "It was fantastic to see the children sharing such a range of learning with families. All of Year 2 should feel incredibly proud!"
