The Alternative Nutcracker: AISHK Primary Students Reimagine a Classic

We are excited to share the premiere of The Alternative Nutcracker, a special Performing Arts Primary School project that our students have been working on throughout the term. This collaborative production reimagines the classic tale in a fresh and creative way, with each year level from Reception to Year 6 interpreting a different part of the story through unique dance styles inspired by multicultural and modern influences.

This filmed performance is the culmination of weeks of creativity, teamwork, and exploration of music, movement, and storytelling across our entire primary community.
