Student Withdrawals for the End of 2026 Academic Year

As we begin planning for the 2027 academic year, we kindly ask families who do not intend for their child to continue at AISHK in 2027 to notify the Admissions Office as early as possible.

AISHK Student Withdrawal Policy requires one term's (three months') written notice for student withdrawals. To avoid late notice penalties, families should provide written notice of withdrawal from Term 4 2026, to the school by no later than 25 September 2026.

Early notification is greatly appreciated, particularly as a number of year groups are experiencing strong demand. Advance notice helps us manage enrolments effectively and support families seeking placement opportunities.

If your child will be leaving AISHK at the conclusion of the 2026 academic year, please contact Pauline Dear, Director of Admissions, at pauline_dear@aishk.edu.hk at your earliest convenience.

Please be assured that all withdrawal notifications will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be communicated beyond the Admissions Office until the beginning of November 2026.
