Starting of Year, Secondary School 2026

Parents will be emailed on the 13 January with all the details for the school year 2026 commencement arrangements.

Please see some key information, dates and time for Secondary school students to help you get ready for the year ahead.

Start of school arrangements for Secondary school students  

Please note that on the first day of school, 22 January, Secondary students attend at different times according to their year level. Please pay close attention to the start and finish times for each year level. Students will receive textbooks, laptops and resources on this day, as well as their 2026 timetable.

Holiday School Office Hours

Please note that the school’s office is closed on weekends and public holidays. The opening hours are 10:00am - 3:00pm, Monday to Friday

Off-Campus Uniform Shop In addition to online orders, the Lai Chi Kok store offers in-store sales service, fitting and returns & exchanges.

Please note that the permanent uniform shop on campus will be closed at the end of 2025. However, our uniform provider Midas will host a pop-up uniform shop on campus on the 2nd floor, on the following days.

Extra Curricular Activities and Instrumental Music Programme Key Dates and Sign-up

Please note these important dates in relation to the ECAs and Instrumental Music programme.   

• Thursday 15 January 2026 –  enrolment opens.  

• Monday 26 January 2026 – enrolment closes.  

• Tuesday 27 January 2026 – Allocations are made.  

• Monday 2 February – Friday 27 March 2026 – ECA begins.  

ECA can be booked and paid for via SchoolsBuddy.

Enrolment for instrumental lessons 2026 opened on the 10 December.

Sign up using the Instrumental Programme Enrolment Form. 

All students currently in the programme must re-enrol. Instrumental lessons are a semester commitment; fees are invoiced for each term through the iSams School Fees system.  

AISHK Welcome BBQ | Save The Date!  

Please save the date, 27 February 2026 for AISHK’s Welcome BBQ! This event is a great opportunity for families to connect early in the year, and to meet new and familiar faces. Held on the school field, the event brings together parents, students, staff, alumni and sponsors.
