Spotlight On, Meet the Campus Support Team

Introducing the teams outside the classroom, and on campus all year round. Meet the Campus Support Team, here to answer your questions and to get ready for those important school moments.

Charmaine Ngai, School Receptionist

“I’m responsible for greeting and directing visitors, responding to inquiries from staff, parents and students and maintaining internal facility bookings. I also oversee the daily task schedule for our General Administration Assistants and provide direction to support logistics for school event setups and resource distribution. I enjoy working here because we learn something new every day."

Billy Ho, General Administration Assistant

“My role involves routine facilities setup, including moving furniture and arranging displays. I also help clean school equipment and furniture, assist with minor painting tasks and carry out other duties as directed by our line manager. I enjoy working here because everyone is friendly and the team is very supportive."

Che Wai Leung, General Administration Assistant

“I assist with facilities setup and maintenance, similar to Billy. We work closely together to ensure classrooms, event spaces and common areas are ready for use. I also help with logistics and general upkeep around the school. What I appreciate most about working here is the friendly atmosphere and the strong sense of teamwork.”

When not at work...

Charmaine: "I love shopping and tidying up my home every weekend. Seeing everything neat and tidy makes me feel happy."

Billy: "I just enjoy being at home and sometimes going out for a run."

Che Wai: "I enjoy going to the market with my wife, then coming home to cook lunch or dinner together."
