SIVSOP Vaccinations on Saturday 22 November

For parents who have submitted the SIVSOP vaccination form for their child, please come to the Auditorium any time between 8.30am and 11.45am this Saturday (22-November).

There is no requirement to book a specific time but please remember to bring: 

• Your child’s ID used in the application form. For students who are 18 years or older on the day of vaccination, please also bring your AISHK student ID. 

• Your child’s vaccination record for Dedicare to update. If you do not have a vaccination record, Dedicare can issue one on the day.
