Secondary Battle of the Books Team in the Final

The Secondary Battle of the Books team won the semi-finals on 22 May, making it to the Final of the inter-schools competition!

The Battle of the Books competition starts with 32+ teams from different schools, in the group stages, so it is a significant achievement to make it to the last four.

The team competed against Chinese International School, Stamford American School Hong Kong and King George V School. Lesley Stewart, Library and Information Services Coordinator, remarked, "Their collaboration, hard work, and sharp thinking paid off as they clinched the win by just one point in a nail-biting finish! The competition was fierce, and it was impossible to know until the final count who had won."

Now, they’re headed to the Finals in June — congratulations team!
