Message from the Head of School, 23 May 2025

The first Mufti Day for 2025 was themed ‘Let’s Prosper’ and was enjoyed by everyone on Wednesday. The theme and tone of the day reflected the school’s overarching wellbeing framework and was a vibrant celebration of House spirit, community and inclusivity. Throughout the day there were wonderful examples of positive relationships and engagement from students, staff and parents. To see our Reception students enjoying the experience under the care and attention of older Primary and Secondary students was incredibly positive. They genuinely were relishing in the chance to spend time together and have fun. The bake sale was record breaking and there were so many generous donations! 

Jacaranda and Wattle hosted a well-organised day and it was a testament to our school’s commitment to giving students opportunities to lead. A highlight for me was the range of ages mixing with joy and purpose through activities which encouraged everyone to be involved. Mufti Day was a true reflection of student initiative, staff guidance and the inclusive values we strive to uphold every day. Thank you to all involved in making it such a successful launch for 2025 mufti days.
