Lunch Order Late Fees & Deadlines

Please note the important dates for lunch orders for Terms 3 and 4:

Ordering Deadlines

To ensure your child receives their lunch without interruption, please place orders by the following dates:

• Term 3: 21 July

• Term 4: 3 October

Cancellation

We can only accept cancellations due to sick leave, and a doctor's sick certificate is mandatory to receive a credit, please notify us by email on day by 9 AM. We will gladly issue a credit for your next lunch order.

Ordering Deadline

The ordering deadline is displayed as the "Late Charge Date" on the Order page. A late charge $2 per meal will be applied to orders placed after the "Late Charge Date".

Additionally, the system will automatically close enrollment after the specified “cut-off date” on the Order page. Orders submitted after this date may not be processed.
