Invoices Available on iSams, Reminder

This month Australian International School Hong Kong sent you, via email, an invoice for the Term 4 2025 school fees. Throughout the year AISHK has uploaded invoices to the school's iSams Parent Portal, available to view when a parent logs in.

You can view your 2025 invoices by logging into iSams and clicking School Profile> Pay Invoices.

From Term 1, 2026 AISHK will continue to email parents to remind them to pay the school fees however invoices will no longer be attached to emails. We are making this change for data protection and privacy reasons.

Each invoice includes payment methods.

Please follow the guidelines attached if you have not yet accessed the iSams Parent Portal. If you have not created an iSams account to-date, previous invoices will not show under School Profile> Pay Invoices. Contact billing@aishk.edu.hk if you wish to see previous invoices (not on iSams) or you have questions about the payment methods.
