How to download iSams to a phone

iSams is AISHK new management information system. It is use by schools worldwide as a digital platform (or parent portal) that brings together information for parents. Thank you to all the parents who have logged in and created an account.

To access iSams via your phone please see the instructions below. The process is different for iphones and Android.

Please note that parents do not need to visit App stores or download anything. Parents can access iSams on a phone via the web portal. The web portal is an icon parents should save on their home screen.

You can add a website icon to your iPhone Home Screen for quick access.

1. Go to the Safari app on your iPhone.

2. Go to the website you want to add to your Home Screen.

3. Tap in the menu bar.

4. Scroll down the list of options, then tap Add to Home Screen.

   If you don’t see Add to Home Screen, you can add it. Scroll down to the bottom of the list, tap Edit Actions, then tap Add to Home Screen.

The icon appears only on the device where you add it.

Android, Add a website icon (web app) to your phone's home screen

1. On your Android device, open Chrome .

2. Go to a website with a web app that you want to install.

3. On the right of the address bar, tap More Add to home screen Install.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions.
