Jingle Mingle for Good 

Thank you for joining us on the field for Jingle Mingle for Good. I hope you enjoyed this lovely community event and we are grateful to you for supporting the fundraising efforts for the Tai Po fire recovery.  Food donations will be sent to Feeding Hong Kong for the displaced Tai Po families. 

AISHK – 30^th year and a vibrant community school 

Thirty years ago, a bold vision for an Australian school in Hong Kong took root thanks to visionary and committed leaders. Together they formed a shared goal: to create a vibrant, inclusive, and forward-thinking community where every student could thrive in a high-quality and uniquely Australian-style education here in Hong Kong. As the school’s 30^th anniversary year comes to an end, I am privileged to see the legacy of that vision daily. Our incredible students, dedicated staff, supportive parents, committed board members and the many supporters of our school – all of us continuing to work together and shape our success. 

Our school has reached its 30^th year, and we owe thanks to those visionary individuals from our community’s past who persevered and established our school. We have a unique community spirit, built on everyday actions such as smiling, greeting others warmly, having-a-go and making each person feel seen and heard. These simple actions foster a sense of belonging and wellbeing. As we near the end of a successful academic year, I am inspired to lead a school where every student is valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.

Good luck to all the Year 12 students who will receive their HSC and IBDP results next week. The AISHK is behind all of you and wishes you success in your future endeavors.

Thank you to our parents for supporting our school and being partners in shaping these fantastic young people. It’s been a wonderful 30^th anniversary year and have a very restful holiday with your family.
