We have joined the seasonal influenza vaccination school outreach programme (SIVSOP) organised by the Department of Health. We are partnering with Dedicare Medical Centre who will come to our school on Saturday 22 November between 8.30am and 11.45am to provide injectable influenza vaccinations to students in the Auditorium. 

The consent form with additional information and instruction will be sent home with all students at the start of term four. The programme is free to eligible students and, to verify your child's eligibility for this program, parents will need to complete and return the consent form to the school no later than 28-October.
