Our very busy term is reaching its conclusion and I offer my appreciation to all students and the staff for their contribution and engagement. As well as camps, activities, Book Week and inter-House competitions there has been great learning along with parent interviews and student examinations.
It has also been a term of challenge and as we continue to support our students and families, we have been able to draw upon the strong well of support from within the school. Thank you to all who have supported during our critical incident management.
Today’s house-themed lunchtime disco was an exciting addition to the end of the term, and it is great to have such events back on our school calendar. The sense of being able to engage in events even more fully, through Term 4, lies ahead with much anticipation.
We are at that very special time of the year as we celebrate the graduation of Year 12 students with the Valedictory Dinner tonight and their final assembly on Monday. Our warm, good wishes go to the Year 12 students as they finish classes today and then, after marking the significance of the two occasions, prepare for their public examinations which commence in October.
Best wishes to all students and their families for a restful and satisfying holiday commencing from midday Tuesday 27th.
