[Head of Primary] Term 2 Week 10 Message

What a great way to finish the term with Chinese Week. The students have been engaging in a range of activities from shopping, Kung Fu training, dressing up in traditional Chinese wear, assemblies with great performances and of course, watching an enthralling Lion Dance. It is wonderful to see students enjoying the experiences of Chinese language and culture. A big thank you to the Chinese team for all their hard work and to our parents who have helped make it a memorable week. It has made for engaging and fun learning opportunities.

After a challenging start to the year, beginning with online learning, it has been a great first semester overall. To have uninterrupted face-to-face time on campus reminds us why we enter this profession. The students have laughed, pondered, wondered, questioned, problem-solved and persevered their way through the term. They have worked hard throughout the term and now get to enjoy the benefits of holiday.

Thank you to our students for their dedication to their learning, our parents for their continued support and our teachers for ensuring our students are getting the best possible education they can.

For the families are that leaving us, we hope you leave AISHK with lifelong memories and enjoy the new adventures your journey takes you on. I wish all those families that are travelling over the break safe travels and hope everyone is able to have some restful and enjoyable family time together.

See you in Term 3!
