AISHK PA Callout for 2022 Class Representatives

Dear AISHK Parents,

Happy New Year to all families in our school community. We hope this finds you well and enjoying the break.

As communicated in December by email, we are pleased to introduce aspects of the Parent Association and roles which are relevant to this time of year.

2022 Class Representatives | Message From VP Community – Ivy Fong
It is a pleasure to introduce myself as your VP Community. The Parent Association has long held the tradition of seeking one Class Representative for each homeroom in Primary and for each Year Level in Secondary. My main responsibilities include seeking Class Representatives and coordinating their respective activities and communication with class parents. We invite AISHK parents to consider being a Class or Year Level representative. Please note that the contact details for new AISHK parents in 2022 will only become available after 12 January, 2022.

What is a Class Representative and why should I consider volunteering?
The main role of Class Representatives is to provide a communication link or contact-point for and between parents within class groups. The Parent Association works with and supports Class Representatives in this role. To learn more, please view the following:

How do I sign up?
To sign up, simply complete this form. Classes still seeking a volunteer are listed in the form.
Please note that volunteers will be accepted on a ‘first come, first served’ basis, ie. in the order in which applications are submitted. The PA will next be in contact with 2022 Class Representatives and all parents no later than 7 January, 2022 with an update and advice to representatives regarding next steps, including the set-up of Class Representative WhatsApp chat groups.

If you have any queries please email Ivy Fong at you for taking the time to read this communication and for your consideration towards playing an active role through the Parent Association in 2022.

We look forward to being in touch with you again soon.

Best wishes,

Ivy Fong | VP Community
