We have begun our parent tours and they have been thoroughly enjoyed by students, parents, and teachers. Parents have been spending about 20-25 minutes in the classroom interacting with their child and getting an insight into the classroom environment. The Year 5 Maths Sideshow Alley exhibition on Thursday, 20 May was a huge success. One of our mathematics investigations involves the students creating a ‘catch a duck fishing game’ (using cardboard images, paperclips, magnetic fishing rods and hoops).
