Thank you to all those who have bought tickets for the Fair Raffle. Tickets are $50 each and each child has brought home a book of 20 tickets. To make sure students are in the running for incentive prizes to classes who sell the most tickets, be sure to get selling or buying! If you have decided not to buy tickets, please return them to school via the drop box at 2/F Atrium or 9/F Office.
Due to high demand, we have families seeking extra tickets, so we will reallocate the returned tickets to them.

The raffle sales period will end next Friday 2 November, at which point all raffle books, sold or unsold, will need to be returned to school for accounting purposes.
The raffle will be drawn at 4:00pm at the Fair.

Games & Activities
From face-painting to sponge throwing, games arcades to bouncy castles, we have over 40 thrilling games and activities on offer this year thanks to a collective effort by staff, students and parents. Everything is shaping up for a day of excitement for the whole family. All-access wristbands for students to enjoy the games and activities on the day will go on sale next week.
|Over the Rainbow Cake Shop||No school Fair would be complete without delectable, donated baked treats. So get your apron on and bake up a storm. |Aussie Lollies Stall||Back by popular demand with all your favourites. If you spot some Aussie Lollies over the Term Break we would be most appreciative for any donations.||Donations deliverable to the 9F Administration Office.|
|Second-Hand Book Stall||Do you have pre-loved books needing a new home? Please consider donating to the Second Hand Book Stall to be held in the library.||Donations deliverable to the 5/F Library|
Secondary students and staff have teamed up to introduce some friendly competition to this year’s Fair. Why not join the fun and give one of them a go!?
|The Great AISHK Bake-Off||Show off your baking skills even Aunty Em would be envious of! Students, it’s time to get creative and to get thinking about baking…||Please click here for more details and to register.|
|Photography Competition||Themed ‘My Hong Kong, My Home’ all students are invited to enter this competition by sending their image based on their interpretation of this theme. Great prizes plus the chance to have your photo feature in the AISHK 2018 Calendar!||Students should email their photo entry to firstname.lastname@example.org with student name, class and photo caption. Photos of 1MB-5MB in size preferred. Hard copies may also be dropped off to the 9/F Office.
|Senior Scavenger Hunt||Secondary-aged students and older will roam AISHK and its surrounds to find some well-hidden treasure.||Register your interest by emailing email@example.com|
|Junior Scavenger Hunt||Primary-aged children – Simply collect a stamp in your Fair Brochure from the listed activities on the day to claim your prize from the AISHK tent!||Keep an eye out for the scavenger page in the Fair Brochure next term.|
Volunteers & Rostering
Early next week we will start our call out to roster volunteers. Getting involved in this way is a great opportunity to meet other parents and ensure the success of the day. If we can all consider giving at least 30 minutes towards at least one activity – the job is done. We will send out a registration form next term.
