Wattle Mufti Day

Next Wednesday 1 August, Wattle will host our annual Mufti Day as the main fundraiser for our charity One Sky Foundation. The theme for the day will be Wattle Wacky Races, with fun games and events happening across the entire school. Early Childhood and Primary will enjoy a range a ‘wacky’ races during their lunchtime and Secondary competing as pairs in racing events. There will as always, be a delicious bake sale during recess and a sensational sausage sizzle at lunch. We would ask that Wattle students remember to bring in something that we can sell at the bake sale, such as cupcakes, slice, biscuits, popcorn or chips in cups/bags. These items can be brought down to the cafeteria first thing on Wednesday morning.

Wattle students are encouraged to come dressed in a ‘Wacky Racer’ theme. Anything from a cyclist to a jockey, a runner to a race car driver, but with a wacky twist. All students in Wattle who choose to wear mufti dress are asked to give a donation of $20.

Thank you in advance for your support of what will surely be a Wacky Wattle Day!
