Australian Mathematics Challenge 2017

Students from junior years participated in the Mathematics Challenge run by the Australian Mathematics Trust. The competition aims in part to foster a greater understanding and awareness of the power of mathematics, as well as exposing students to the joy of solving problems. Students were required to independently solve a number of problems over three weeks. The following students are to be congratulated for their efforts.

Australian Mathematics Competition 2017

The competition, now in its 40th year, attracted entries from around 40 countries. It is a truly international competition and tests everything from basic numeracy skills through to advance problem solving.
