Year 8 swimmer flourishes in 15km clean half-marathon solo

Over the course of the break, Year 8 student Bill Thorley not only became the youngest ever to swim in a 15km clean half-marathon solo, he was also placed third.

Braving the unforgiving winds on the day and cramps along the journey due to dehydration, Bill managed to swim for 3 hours and 45 minutes, reaching the finish line with flying colours.

We would like to commend Bill for his tremendous efforts! You may read the full South China Morning Post coverage of the event here.
