Year 11 HSC Biology students, accompanied by Ms Chan and Mr Potts, visited Plover Cove Country Park on Friday 27 February.
In almost perfect fieldwork weather they spent several hours combing the rocky seashore for plants and animals. A variety of species were observed and the students gathered information relating to population abundance and distribution of the organisms, together with abiotic data, which will be analysed over the coming weeks.
Mr Potts would like to thank Ms Chan for her assistance and photographs, as well as the students for their hard work and enthusiasm.
