Year 12 Student Participates in Runners Development Program

Congratulations to Year 12 student Audrey Ling, who participated in Sunday's Hong Kong Standard Chartered 10km race, assisting as part of the Marathon 101 “Stand By You – Runners Development Program”. This unique program is jointly run by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) and the Hong Kong Amateur Athletic Association.

As well as fostering the positive development of long-distance running for students, it provides in-depth training for participants to become guide runners for visual or intellectually-impaired students to enable them to run the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 10km race.

Audrey is the first student from AISHK to participate in this program, and her encouragement and enthusiasm helped her partner to complete the race within the stipulated time limit.
